Off The Record Payment Policy
|
Payment is required from all clients over the age of 18 who are wishing to attend counselling sessions with OTR.
When a client approaches OTR they will be offered an initial appointment to discuss their counselling this appointment is free. The cost of their counselling sessions will be discussed, agreed and a contract signed.

Your first session must be paid for in advance either by cash or cheque made payable to Off the Record. The payment can be made at your initial appointment or before your first session.
OTR have a sliding scale for counselling sessions depending on the client’s income or circumstances. |
